Bertus Basson is the award-winning chef behind Overture Restaurant and Bertus Basson at Spice Route, as well as a familiar face on TV as an Ultimate Braai Master judge. Not too far from Overture, he will be hosting a pop-up restaurant at Webersburg for KAMERS Stellenbosch this year.
