Applications for KAMERS/Makers shows will be available online only on the dates given below. Please see our Events page for show dates.

We do not accept ‘expressions of interest’ emails as part of our application process. The online application form must be completed within the specified dates. We receive between 500 and 700 applications per run and thus can not allow late applications or applications not done online.

  2. Prepare 3 beautiful product photos (see tips)
  3. Complete the application form (All applications are currently closed).

Cut-Off Dates for Upcoming Events

  • Joburg Autumn 2017, 26-30 April. Applications closed 6 November 2016.
  • Cape Town Autumn 2017, 24-28 May. Applications closed 6 November 2016.
  • Stellenbosch Summer 2017, 30 Oct – 5 Nov. Applications closed 7 May 2017.
  • Irene Summer 2017 (TBC). Applications closed 7 May 2017.
  • Summer applications are now being processed and applicants will be notified of their status within 4-5 weeks after applications closed.


  • The first selection round is based on your product photos, so make sure you have three beautiful photos showcasing your photos in the best way possible.
  • The styling of and display in a stand at KAMERS/Makers is vital. Well styled photos will show us you have the ability to put together a beautiful display at the shows.
  • Make sure you apply in time, as we do not accept any late applications.

  • How do I know you received my application?
    If your application was submitted correctly, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we have received it.
  • How do I apply for a deli stand?
    We are currently changing the deli application process and not accepting new applications at the moment.
  • If I am accepted, when will I know where my stand is?
    CAD layout and venue specific information will go out two months prior to a specific event.
  • If I am accepted for one show, does that automatically mean that I will take part in all the shows I applied for?
    No. We have four shows during a year and many applications. We need to look at the trader mix/overlaps and also try to give everyone a turn to exhibit.
  • Where do I find out when the next show is?
    On our website, social media and newsletter.
  • Only the area where the event will be was provided, not the exact venue. When will I know where exactly it will be?
    As soon as a venue has been confirmed, we will provide more information via our website, social media and newsletter.
